Science Honors Program Fee Waiver Request Form
Application fee waivers are available on a case-by-case basis. You may submit documentation to verify one of the following conditions apply to be considered for an application fee waiver:
You have a College Board Fee Waiver.
You have received or are eligible for an ACT or SAT testing fee waiver.
You are enrolled in or eligible to participate in the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch program (FRPL).
Your annual family income falls within the Income Eligibility Guidelines the USDA Food and Nutrition Service sets.
You are enrolled in a federal, state, or local program that aids students from low-income families (e.g., TRIO programs such as Upward Bound).
Your family receives public assistance.
You live in federally subsidized public housing, a foster home, or are homeless.
You are a ward of the state or an orphan.
You have a note from a school guidance counselor on school letterhead supporting your eligibility for financial support.
You must have already started your application to submit this form and be considered for an application fee waiver. If you still need to begin your application, please begin a Science Honors Program application first.
